Grads & Undergrads: Need Funding to Make your Dream Project into a Reality?

This message is being sent to all faculty, staff, and students with approval from Vice President for Innovation Strategy.

Last year, the University of Washington teamed up with Amazon to create the Amazon Catalyst Fund. This program is open to all three UW campuses and all disciplines. Winners will receive mentorship, community, and funding from anywhere between $2,000 to $100,000. We have given out grants to projects ranging from an app to detect osteoporosis to a toolkit for facilitating conversations that promote cultural awareness and understanding. Read about our Amazon Catalyst Fellows at: https://catalyst.amazon.com/uw/projects/ to learn more about the solutions they are creating to pressing global challenges.

Do you have an idea? Representatives from the Amazon Catalyst program will be on the UW Seattle Campus Thursday, March 16 from 6:30-8:00pm in Kane 225.
There we will be able to answer any questions you have about the program and provide one-on-one feedback on your application. RSVP at https://www.facebook.com/events/741930655956790/

The Winter Quarter application deadline is March 26, 2017 at 11:59pm PST.
